Parc has traded successfully for over 20 years with a growing and diverse portfolio of developments under management. These include the management of commercial developments from 4000 sq.m to 20,000 sq.m and residential developments from 6 to over 300 units.
We offer a range of development and management services tailored to each client's specific requirements based on years of experience in buildings and engineering from inception, through design and construction to completion and subsequent commissioning and management.
Unlike many management companies we understand how buildings are conceived, built and perform over their life cycles. This comprehensive knowledge enables Parc to understand and identify potential problems and implement service regimes to maximise performance and minimise disruption. Our in-house expertise also minimises the need for outside professional support with the cost and delay such action often incurs.
Our experience in procurement on multi-million pound schemes is relevant in securing cost effective service, maintenance and repair contracts at all levels.
Our Philosophy
Parc has acknowledged the client’s wishes to be able to communicate directly with their development managers and not endure property managers who have no personal experience of the development, faceless message centres or answer phones. Personal contact on a regular basis with board members and residents ensures a mutual understanding of the needs of the development and allows progress to be reviewed and monitored. This knowledge helps us to make cost effective contractor selections for both planned repair and maintenance work and also any required emergency work.

Historically we have been brought in to take over developments where the managing agents or the management structure of the development has been failing. This includes financial failure and mismanagement. We have built a reputation of turning failing developments around, restoring financial order, lowering debt levels and bringing maintenance and major works in line with the requirements and Lease terms. In other words transforming rundown and mismanaged residential developments into highly desirable estates; attracting considerable interest from prospective buyers.
This experience also allows Parc to ensure continued good management and improvement to the environment of successful and well maintained developments in the best interest of all Freeholders, Leaseholders and residents.
